The Diploma in Retail Skills Level 2 is aimed at sales assistants and young people new to the industry. The qualification covers a range of areas including sales, stock management, product expertise, merchandising, visual merchandising, finance and administration, customer service and organisational effectiveness. The Level 3 Retail Diploma is designed specifically for managers and supervisors. The Diploma offers candidates a choice three pathways to suit their job role: - sales professionals (minimum 40 credits) - management (minimum 43 credits) - visual merchandising (minimum 53 credits) Work experience opportunities
in retail are also needed for young people on Quest's Foundation Learning programme.
