NVQ Levels 2 and 3 IT User
Aimed at people working in the IT industry and includes Operating a Computer, IT trouble-shooting, Internet and Intranets, IT security, E-mail and a range of applications including word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, website, artwork and imaging, specialist or bespoke software, using IT to exchange information and evaluating the impact of IT.

NVQ Level 2 IT Practitioner and Level 3 IT Professional

Aimed at people working in the IT industry and includes health and safety in IT, software installation and upgrade, testing IT systems, security of IT systems, working with IT hardware and equipment, investigation and defining requirements, system management, system operation, quality management of IT products and services, technical advice and guidance, technical fault diagnosis, intranets, internet and e-mail.

Advanced Apprenticeships in Information Technology
Information technology advanced apprenticeships are designed for young people who have the potential to become managers or supervisors.  They lead to an NVQ Level 3 IT User or an NVQ Level 3 IT Professional, key skills and a further certified qualification essential for a successful career in the computer industry.

Apprenticeships in Information Technology
Apprenticeships are aimed at school and college leavers and lead to an NVQ Level 2 IT User or an NVQ Level 2 IT Practitioner and key skills.

Free IT Training and Short Courses
All young people working towards an NVQ with Quest are offered the opportunity to attend Quest's commercial IT Training and other Short Courses free of charge.
