Qualifications in Customer Service
City & Guilds
qualifications in Customer Service are designed for companies and individuals
who want to make a difference to the way they work with both internal
and external customers and who have the commitment to bring about changes
in the systems and culture of their organisations. Assessment, carried
out by a qualified Quest assessor, occurs in the workplace and is based
on activities regularly performed by the candidate as part of the normal
working day.
Apprenticeships in Customer
Service
Apprenticeships are
aimed at school and college leavers and include a City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service, key skills in Communication and Application of Number at Level 1 and an EDI Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service.
Advanced Apprenticeships
in Customer Service
Aimed at higher
ability and motivated young people, the advanced apprenticeships
lead to a City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service and provides the opportunity for
the candidate to achieve key skills in Communication and Application of Number at Level 2
and an EDI Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service.
Short Courses in Customer
Care
One day or half day
courses, tailored to individual company requirements, designed to raise
awareness of the importance of customer service to a company's success.
Free IT Training and Short
Courses
All young people working
towards an NVQ with Quest are offered the opportunity to attend Quest's
commercial IT Training and other Short Courses free of charge. |
