A satisfied customer will continue to buy the goods or services that the
business provides and will also recommend the company to other potential
customers. A dissatisfied customer will take business elsewhere, along
with a number of business contacts, friends and acquaintances. Staff
training is the key to outstanding customer service and Quest offers the
following courses to meet the needs of local businesses:
NVQs in Customer Service
City & Guilds
NVQs in Customer Service are qualifications for companies and individuals
who want to make a difference to the way they work with both internal
and external customers and who have the commitment to bring about changes
in the systems and culture of their organisations. Assessment, carried
out by a qualified Quest assessor, occurs in the workplace and is based
on activities regularly performed by the candidate as part of the normal
working day.
Apprenticeships in Customer
Service
Apprenticeships are
aimed at school and college leavers and include Customer Service NVQ Level
2, key skills and four units from another NVQ.
Advanced Apprenticeships
in Customer Service
Aimed at the higher
ability and more motivated young person, the advanced apprenticeships
lead to Customer Service NVQ Level 3 and provides the opportunity for
the candidate to achieve key skills in Communication and Application of Number
and a Certificate in Customer Service at Level 3.
Short Courses in Customer
Care
One day or half day
courses, tailored to individual company requirements, designed to raise
awareness of the importance of customer service to a company's success.
Free IT Training and Short
Courses
All young people working
towards an NVQ with Quest are offered the opportunity to attend Quest's
commercial IT Training and other Short Courses free of charge. |
